> **てください** asks someone to do something, **ないでください** asks them not to, and **をください** asks for a thing. The **て**-form takes **ください**: ここに書かい**てください**。

## Overview

- **ください** means “please give”; after a noun with **を** it asks for a thing. 水みずを**ください**。 (Water, please.)
- After the **て**-form of a verb, **ください** asks someone to do it; the useful forms are listed below (The て-Form). これを見み**てください**。 (Please look at this.)
- The **ない**-form plus **でください** asks someone not to do it (The Plain Form). ここで食たべな**いでください**。 (Please don’t eat here.)

## Form: three patterns

## Use
